I requiere you to make the promised refund. So far I haver not received any of the money I have paid for the product and also the shipping. It is almost a year old since ypu order the product. And I never arrive, they only sent me an email of cancellation of the order but the money I pay does not arrive.
Please, if ypu are not going to make the refund make the delivery of the order as agreed.
