Excuse me,I ordered ASTRO since March (23.03.2021) but status always show preparing shipment. I also orders ASTRO album from other website and they ALREADY shipped to me. What are you doing? Why it take a long time to shipping? When I will get my order? Do NOT ignore our complain.
