Please stop ignoring all your customers. How is it you can mail some customers with korean address but cannot send out international fans who won?
It just feels like a scam. I am paying for a chance for a video call + ALBUMS. Not, JUST THE VIDEOCALL ??? And I think I waited enough????

Please send me my Yoon Jisung albums because this is stressing me out so much already. 

You have already not reply for 1 week after promising us that you will send me a TRACKING NUMBER after last week? ????
