I have been in contact with the Korean Consumer Agency, and OTK Music is in a bad situation.
I urge everyone to apply for a refund. They won't be sending any albums nor any winning prizes. The faster you do it, the lower the chance you will lose your money.
I know it's heartbreaking... I was also expecting a signed album, but there is nothing we can do now. Get your money back.
