Hello OTK!

This is with regards to the shipping for NU'EST ROMANTICIZE ALBUM.

The video call fansign was on 8 May and in the Fan Event Notice, you stated that "Signed albums and autographed polaroids will be delivered within 14 days of the video call event".

However, 14 working days have passed already and till now we still do not have any updates about the signed albums and albums that we bought through joining the video call event.

Will really appreciate if you can please update us when will the shipping be done as I see in my order, it is still "processing for shipment".

I bought album from Astro and has been almost 60 days since It was released and they just answered The same thing allí The time, i just wanna ask muy money back
