I requested for you to ship my Astro albums out on July 11th as you have promised but you said you will ship it on the 12th. It’s the 13th now and my order still says ‘pending’. It’s nearly four months since I placed my orders.
Please ship them out by today or tomorrow or I want a refund instead if you can’t ship it by tomorrow the latest.
